Job Title                       : Senior Supervisor – Property Management

Reporting To                : Manager – Property Management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in providing prompt repair and maintenance;
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the routine maintenance schedule of all Prudential Cambodia offices (including builder work, M&E, Security and H&S equipment/system testing);
  • Monitor the performance of the building management office and constant review of the site security controls and carry out regular office inspection, risk assessment, and fire drill;
  • Compile, organize, and update operational manuals for office fixtures (e.g. air conditioning plan, electricity plan, water meter plan, etc.);
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with building management office and contractors to ensure the works are carried out in the agreed manner and schedule;
  • Ensure the building(s) meet the Health & Safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation and identify areas of improvements;
  • Compile, organize, and update operational manuals for office fixtures (e.g. air conditioning plan, electricity plan, water meter plan, etc.)

2. Operations and IT

Job Title                       : Assistant – IT Helpdesk

Reporting To                : Supervisor – IT Helpdesk

Department                 : Operations & IT

Location                       : Phnom Penh

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses and resolves desktop hardware problems that affect system performance
  • Manage and track help desk ticketing system to ensures each ticket is documented and resolved
  • Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains customers’ software and hardware
  • Troubleshoots Microsoft Office desktop product suite and other applications such as Internet services
  • Troubleshoots communication devices such as Avaya/Panasonic phones, mobile phones, and PABX
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office applications
  • Good command of English

– Excellent communication skills, good judgment ability and multi‐tasking skills
– Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating wok environment
– Knowledge of computer application, Microsoft Office Word & Excel, Internet Email or other social networking
– Able to work overtime
– Chinese speaker is an advantage
– Able to work individually or in team, under pressure and problem solving

  • Be responsible for candidates sourcing from different channels and networking
  • Build sustainable candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure vacant roles are filled on time

Requirements:
